1. Description and prospects of the industry:

- Video hosting is a web service that allows you to download and view videos in a browser, for example, through a special player. 

- Video hosting is a dynamically developing Internet communication platform. With this hosting, parents do not have to worry about “harmful content”, and their children will be happy to receive entertaining content. 

- The prospect of this video hosting is that it is not afraid of blocking and sanctions from other countries. In the context of the sanctions fight against Russia, this video hosting will provide content to children and their parents throughout our country.

- Projected growth in the online education and parent support industry remains high in the coming years, especially in light of technological innovations and changes in educational standards. It is also worth noting that at the moment there is an increase in users of video hosting services not only for entertainment, but also for educational purposes.

2. Market need:

- The need for children's leisure has always been a "headache" for parents. In the context of accelerated digitalization, it is necessary to maintain these trends.

- The need for our video hosting is dictated by the changing market of services. Today, due to the possible blocking of YouTube (and its third-party services), parents have a need for a similar service that would satisfy not only the needs of their children, but also help parents save time and money spent on raising and entertaining their child.

3. Competitive analysis:

- Strengths: if YouTube is blocked, we are the only video hosting site with exclusively children’s content on our site. In our work we will use an individual approach to working with children and their parents. We will also collect feedback from users and improve our product.

- Weaknesses: content is only for children, therefore our product will be of little interest to the older target audience. Limited choice of languages ​​(the platform is only available in a few languages, which may limit accessibility for parents from other countries). Another weakness is the presence of stronger and more well-known video hosting sites on the market.

- There are not many video hosting sites for children. One of the most successful is YouTube Kids. Also, from Russian analogues, there is rutube, but there is no specifically children's content there. In addition, there is the Like platform, but the content there is limited to video format (videos up to 1 minute). 

4. Barriers to entry:

- Since the video hosting market is actively developing, the barrier to entry is high. It's not just about financial issues, but also about audience issues. It is necessary to create a product that will be different from others (have its own specificity). Not every investor will be able to reach this level. However, our specificity (video hosting for children) may attract the attention of major children's bloggers and advertisers.

5. Regulations:

- Since we are talking about the Internet space, the main regulator here will be the legislation of the Russian Federation.

- Data protection and confidentiality (Compliance with the rules for protecting the data of parents and children, including compliance with the law on the confidentiality of personal data). 

You also need to make sure what content and materials provided on the platform are published (18+ content should not be allowed on the platform).
