Practice 7
Financial resources are needed to implement my project. They include one-time expenses necessary to launch the project and current ones. which are necessary to maintain the functioning of the project.
1.1. Launch costs
To launch the project, you need to implement the following ideas:
- Develop an application for renting (carsharing) a car on Android and iOS. It will cost 100,000 rubles.
- Development of a website for a car rental project for people with disabilities. It will cost 50,000 rubles.
- Testing the website and mobile application for car rental. It will cost 15,000 rubles.
- Conclusion of contracts with dealers-suppliers of cars to Russia for the rental of 5 cars with facilities for people with disabilities - 200,000 rubles.
- Payment for the services of a lawyer to draw up a car leasing agreement with a dealer, to draw up an agreement with future users of the car rental (carsharing) application.
It will take 365,000 rubles to launch the project.
It should be understood that along with financial resources, temporary and human resources will be involved (studying the NPA, drawing up an economic strategy for the development of the company, searching for suitable dealers, etc.)
1.2. Fixed costs
To maintain the project, it is necessary to take into account fixed costs, which include:
- Maintenance of the application and website (hiring a team of two programmers) - 70,000 rubles per month.
- Payment for the work of technical support staff - 30,000 rubles per month.
- Car rental fee is 200,000 rubles per month.
- Payment for the services of a car transporter is 35,000 rubles per month.
In total, we receive about 335,000 rubles per month, which we need for the operation of a car rental service for people with disabilities.
2. Sources of income
The first income group is necessary to cover the costs of launching the project. Here you can include:
- Search for partners, sponsors, investors who will be ready to provide part of the financial resources. The advantage here is that the idea of the project is aimed at helping people with disabilities, which finds a greater response in terms of financial assistance
- Support from the state
- Participation in competitions aimed at developing an inclusive environment.
The second group of expenses is related to income generation in the long term. This can include:
- Income from the provision of car rental services. An hour of car rental will cost 1800 rubles per day.
- In the future, we can connect other companies or other people to the application who will be ready to rent cars through the service, which will allow them to charge a certain percentage of the cost of renting a car (25% of 1800 rubles = 450 rubles).
Break-even point
The break—even point is the minimum income at which a business covers its expenses.
